We’ve streamlined our registration process to make it as quick and seamless as possible to get access to medical cannabis. Let’s get started.
1. Do You Currently Have a Medical Document?
- If you don’t have a medical document, call us now and we can help you find an appropriate resource where you can acquire one.
- If you currently have a valid medical document, send us a copy via email or secure fax (833) 615-2855, and we’ll contact you shortly.
2. Complete Your Registration.
Fill out our online form in order to complete your registration. Once we have your medical document, you’ll receive everything you need to become part of our growing community.
In addition, for Indigenous persons that possess a status card, please forward a scan of your status card to Care@Canntab.ca, or secure fax to (833) 615-2855.
3. Login, Purchase, Ship.
Login to our online store, purchase our products and we’ll quickly ship your medication to your door, with your preferred carrier, in a discreet package.
